In collaboration with Sprogcenter Nordsjælland, Attender has also been adapted to fit the needs of language centers in relation to attendance registration.
Attender makes attendance registration a breeze for teachers. Enrolled students can easily register themselves as absent in our app. To make this even easier, absence may be categorised with our premade tags, e.g. sick, child sick etc.
Furthermore, case workers automatically recieve PDF reports per mail. This is only a few select benefits, Attender provides to language schools.

Attender ensures that teachers don’t waste their precious time on attendance and can focus on teaching. It is possible to register attendance for a single lesson, multiple, or all lessons at once.
Students can make notifications of absence, e.g. due to illness, doctor consultation etc. To ensure a specific reason for absence, Attender uses Tags. The reasons for absence are automatically registered to Ludus (their Student Information System) and is available for municipalities to view in Attender. Teachers/the administration also have the possibility to register absence.
Attender contains intelligent statistics. This makes it easier to quickly gain an overview of students that may require the school to be aware about. The teachers receive live statistics during lessons – this way, they are presented with the data and do not have to search around for relevant data.
With Attenders case worker interface, the municipality gains easy access to relevant data on their citizens. Reports may be exported into PDF’s or to Microsoft Excel. Alternatively, you may select to automatically receive an email containing a .pdf report on all students every first of the month.
